CDIC Executive Vice President Mr. William Su led a delegation to attend the IADI meetings of the 55^th Executive Council, the Core Principles and Research Council Committee (CPRC), other Council Committees and Technical Committees, as well as International Conference held in Moscow, Russia, in late May to early June 2018.

In the meetings, IADI's administrative matters and several deposit insurance professional topics were discussed. The CPRC Meeting, chaired by Mr. William Su, discussed IADI database project, a paper to be published, the progress reports from ongoing research projects, etc. In addition, the delegation also attended the International Conference on “Deposit Insurance: Promoting Accessibility and Convenience”.

During the meeting period, the delegation had a meeting with Vice Chairperson of the Asia-Pacific Regional Committee (APRC), Mr. Roberto Tan, President of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, and discussed the workshare in APRC matters. In addition, the delegation attended the APRC Training and Assistance Technical Committee (TATC) meeting in which views on drafting work plan, timeline and related matters were fully exchanged.
