CDIC Executive Vice President Mr. William Su led a delegation to attend the IADI meetings of the 54^th Executive Council, the Core Principles and Research Council Committee (CPRC) and other Council Committees and Technical Committees, as well as FSI-IADI Conference held in Basel, Switzerland, in late January to early February 2018.

In the meetings, IADI’s administrative matters and several deposit insurance professional topics were discussed. The CPRC meeting, chaired by Mr. William Su, discussed about its revised organizational structure, annual work plan, papers to be published, current and new future research projects, etc. Director Ms. Yvonne Fan of CDIC’s International Relations and Research Office also chaired the meeting of Subcommittee on Public Policy Objectives and discussed about the second draft of the research paper. In addition, the delegation attended the FSI-IADI Conference on Bank Resolution, Crisis Management and Deposit Insurance.
