Liquidation
According to themedia, illegal loan was made
to Typhone Group. Abnormal withdrawals
by depositors occurred on April 27, 2000.
The Ministry of Finance appointed the CDIC
to station on-site superintendence and later
for conservatorship to stabilize its business
operationandmaintain the financial order.

The FSC instructed that conservatorship be
terminated frommidnight on July10, 2012, and
that the receivership be simultaneously started.
TheCDICwas designated as receiver tohandle

after the TDTC reconstructed its board of
directors.
