          D. InspectingData Reportedby Insured Institutions
        
        
          After CSEDRS came into operation, the CDIC began to inspect information reported by insured
        
        
          institutions that was relevant to the risk indicators for the Risk-based Premium Rating System
        
        
          (hereinafter referred to as the “risk indicators”) to increase the accuracy of the data reported by
        
        
          insured institutions. Such inspections are conducted in the following situations:
        
        
          I. Therearemajorconcernsorunreasonablecircumstanceswith the informationrelated torisk indicators
        
        
          reportedby the insured institutionwithout reasonableexplanatoryevidence.
        
        
          II. There isasignificant financialoperational risk incidentat the insured institutionbetween thestandard
